Franziska Boelke

Franziska has been living in the city since 2006. Fran is originally from Dresden, Germany and speaks fluent German. She has been in the hospitality industry since she was only 17 years old and has experience in various hotels and cruise lines. Fran discovered D.C. is a city full of live music and she can direct you to the best music spots in town. While not behind the concierge desk, Franziska enjoy working out at Cut7, biking around town for great coffee, and discovering new restaurants.

Leire Falcon

Leire has been living in D.C. for 3 years now. Leire is originally from San Sebastian, Spain and speaks fluent Spanish & Basque. Before she joined our team, she owned a boutique hotel, in her hometown, for over 10 years. Not only does she have 20 years of hospitality experience but she also has a master’s degree in International Relations. She enjoys the theatre and will happily assist getting tickets to the latest show. Outside of the office, Leire enjoys spending quality time with her husband, horseback riding, and volunteering.
